Healing is a lifelong practice but feeling better shouldn’t take forever

Being sick is scary, and whether you’ve seen that other side of normal or you’re trying to avoid that path, making sustained behavior changes is an integral part of arriving at your wellness vision. I believe that the best way to do that is to come back to yourself; coming to your senses.

That’s where I come in. Not only have I been there, I prioritize you, prioritizing yourself.

I came to this path the hard way. Laser focused on a predetermined destination, I wouldn’t allow my life to lead me. I know that the process of making change is intimate, and best made with method—considered, step-by-step, and open to alternate routes. It’s also a lifelong path filled with hiccups and divergences.

My project is to facilitate your path towards your destination, to ask you all the right questions and hold up the mirror that allows you to see your self already living the life that is meant for you.

Real change happens when you are consistent with your level of dedication to a plan specifically designed for you to achieve your goals. You must arrive with an open mind and a desire to grow for the magic to materialize.

This won’t be a straightforward program with a meal plan, it is a transformation of the assumptions that you bring to your relationships and choices every single day.

Unraveling the assumptions that lay beneath your patterns and coaching you through the infinite possibilities for behavior change is my thing. I will bring my precise editing skills to your life story and present narrative.

I work with women who feel burdened by the moment that they find themselves in and the road that they see ahead. I will work alongside you every step of the way for 9-weeks plus one planning week.

I will support you as you disentangle yourself from your limiting beliefs, and help you create a master plan that caters to the life you envision for yourself.

 

Our program will be customized to your present moment, but the below is a general outline of what a program can look like:

We Define Your Baseline - A deep dive into your life story with some self-inquiry and testing around your current physical and emotional health, and an exploration of how you have arrived at your present moment. Then, we explore your areas of challenge and lay the foundation for personalized work in the weeks to follow. This is the week where, by me getting to know you, we can develop a solid foundation to build on for the rest of the program.

Potential Focus Points for your program:

  • Nutrition Planning and Supplementation- How to use food as fuel, and select a diet and meal lifestyle that is right for you. Want to be coached on a specific diet? Let’s work together to make it happen: Keto, Paleo, Whole food, Cycle-Syncing, Low-histamine, Mold Detox—what’s important is how to make the meal plan (and your supplement protocol) work for you and not the other way around. The idea is to customize a plan that works for you and knowing when to lean into it vs give your system an opportunity for rest—this is key to not getting overwhelmed.

  • Variability - This is the secret sauce of eternal youth. Are you optimizing your fitness and workout programs to create the biggest adaptation on a cellular level? Are you tapping into your parasympathetic nervous system as often as possible?

  • Breath-work - Nasal breathing, and why breath is the root of wellness, a how-to guide, and some breath-work principles. Guided audio tracks lead the way for you to assess your breathing and layer in a simple daily breath practice that will boost all the other hard work.

  • Mindfulness- The what, why, how and big benefits of meditation and mindfulness in todays high stress world. Finding a practice that is realistic and sustainable is the key to benefiting from this critical tool.

  • Maintenance Mode - OK! You’ve done it. Now, let’s nail a plan to maintain your gains (or losses)!
